The location of the hotel is simply breathtaking. Situated on the upper Navua river, surrounded by lush greenery, guests can experience the tranquility of nature. The nearby islands offer a stunning backdrop for relaxation and exploration. The hotel also provides easy access to the main island where the international airport is located, making it convenient for travelers. Furthermore, the hotel offers a unique opportunity for guests to visit a local private waterfall, adding to the unforgettable experience of staying here.
It would have been even better if there were more dining options within the hotel.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were beyond helpful, especially my two nannies Carol and Charollette who were a lifeline to a peaceful and relaxing holiday. Mary, our Villa Mama, went above and beyond to ensure our time was perfect with no complications. The food was excellent, and I must say the beef and pork were the best I've ever had outside of China. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and all the staff were warm and welcoming. The location, between Laucala Island and just off the shore on the local reef, provided a private and luxurious atmosphere. The wide range of outdoor and nature activities offered made this one of the best locations I've stayed at. I wish I could have stayed longer.

Had an amazing Christmas getaway at this resort! Loved the friendly staff who made sure we felt at home, the delicious food served with fresh ingredients, and the luxurious beachfront villas with stunning ocean views. the location was perfect, surrounded by tropical rainforest and crystal clear waters, and there were plenty of activities to keep us entertained.
Only downside was the occasional noise from nearby construction, but it didn't bother us too much as we were out enjoying the beautiful surroundings most of the time. a fantastic holiday destination that we would definitely recommend!

The only minor issue was the limited breakfast options, not quite meeting our expectations for a 5-star hotel. the restaurant made up for it with their exceptional cuisine choices for lunch and dinner.

Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and happy hour snacks. Great location near the beach and local attractions in a quiet area. The view from the balcony was stunning.
Room wasn't cleaned properly, there were some stains and dust. The staff at the front desk were not very friendly or helpful.
